– Wow. Eight jurors were looking up information from their phones in the jury room. I can’t figure out if this was a badly handled trial or a blind eye uncovered. It’s hard to believe anyone wouldn’t be alert for that kind of thing- but maybe I just live in an internet-on-my-phone...
