Is venture capital a team or individual sport?
Finding the “we” in any service business is incredibly hard. When a company is focused on a single product it’s easier to see how everyone fits into the team. When people are their own profit centers it is much more complicated to get them to work together well.

Huh? $80,000 to go do anything for a year and have a job still waiting at the end of it. Skadden must be hoping a bunch of associates decide on their own not to come back.
