Back Porch Vipers - When I Get Low I Get High. SXSW offers samples of every band that plays at the festival. A few years ago I downloaded 700 songs (!) from that year’s edition. This was one of the very best, though I’ve never been able to find any more information about the band.

I’m sure I don’t understand what the song is about, either.
