Paul Graham’s post goes on to talk about the ability of small organizations to move more efficiently than large ones. I have certainly found that to be true.
Case in point: a client of mine recently tried to enlist a major global corporation in a beta test of its new product. Two weeks after the beta program closed the corporation is still trying to figure out it it can agree to the terms of our beta test agreement.
