I tried this with my own blog, which it told me was worth $28,000, but then 10 minutes later was worth only $5,000. Easy come, easy go, I guess.
It’s also interesting to see how little the domain names for some prominent brands are worth. www.google.com is ~$1B, etc. Neat.
